I am passionate about the mental and physical well-being of adults and children. The most important relationship in life is the one that you have with yourself. From my own experience and that of the many clients I have the privilege to work with, life can present numerous challenges, some more testing than others and often when we least expect it.


Thoughts, feelings and emotions can become overwhelming, at times leaving us unable to cope anxious, stuck and more often than not depressed. We can regress into unconscious destructive patterns, which play out as automatic defense responses, often leading to a negative loop of reactivity. This can leave us feeling emotionally exhausted, fearful and confused.

Recent research now reveals that faster and longer term healing occurs through the intelligent integration of mind and body techniques. I believe that the most effective way to encourage long term transformation is by focusing on the entire person. Each one of us has the capacity to self heal through awareness, acceptance, exploration and self compassion. The ability to emotionally self regulate and bring our mind and body back into balance.


My objective is that through the journey of therapy it enables you to become more empowered, to see yourself as having choices with the inner support, strength and resourcefulness to be responsible for yourself with the power and freedom to bring about change.
